Fenix has previous experience in participating in FP7 and H2020 collaborative research projects running in the area of energy efficient buildings, construction materials and infrastructures.

PLURAL PLURAL - PLUG-AND-USE RENOVATION WITH ADAPTABLE LIGHTWEIGHT SYSTEMS PLURAL aims to design, validate and demonstrate a palette of versatile, adaptable, scalable, off-site prefabricated Plug-and-Use kits. A Building Information Modelling (BIM) based platform and a Decision Support Tool (DST) will be developed to enable the optimal component selection, and integration, best Plug-and-Use kit design, faster and low-cost manufacturing and installation. DOMOS DOMOS - OPERATING SYSTEM FOR SMART SERVICES IN BUILDINGS domOS project aims at developing and demonstrating an operating system for smart services in buildings. Digitisation in existing buildings is not as widespread as in other sectors. A consequence is that buildings owners and occupants have a limited understanding of their building as an energy system. Improving the energy efficiency of existing buildings can and should be achieved through deep renovation.Smart technologies can increase the efficiency and the flexibility of buildings in a shorter term and with lower investments.
