The VEEP replication workshop is a follow up event to the VEEP webinar on the 9th of March. Use the gained knowledge from the webinar and discuss the VEEP replication during the workshop with us! After 4 years, VEEP project ends on 31 March 2021 and it is now time for the Project Consortium to transfer their knowledge to the market and replicate project technologies all over the word. In particular, during the replication workshop, VEEP partners will analyse Construction and Demolition Waste Use and Situation in Europe, Latin America, Uruguay and Asia. You are invited to a colourful technical workshop to see the latest trends and discuss about most promising technologies for the Energy Efficient Buildings of the future! The POWERSKIN+ project will be presented by coordinator Jorge From IPN and Stefano Fantucci from POLITO.

BIBM - European Federation for Precast Concrete is hosting a Congress every three years at a different European country. The next Congress will be held at Copenhagen, Denmark on 14 - 16 November 2021. Save the date and see you there! Find more information and full agenda here: http://www.bibmcongress.eu/

Concrete is the world´s most consumed man-made material. The environmental impacts associated with cement (and thus concrete) production are a cause for concern: global cement industry is responsible for at least 5% of global carbon dioxide emissions and cement production is energy intensive accounting for 2% of global primary energy consumption; and 5% of global industrial energy consumption. Join the free webinar hosted by two research projects funded by the EU Horizon 2020 programme - EnDurCrete and ReSHEALience! We will talk about developing environmentally friendly and highly durable concrete, show you videos from demonstration in real conditions, testing, casting and more. Don´t expect boring scientific presentations, we are preparing appealing interactive video content!

Did you know that the building sector represents the largest share of energy consumption in Europe (40 %)? Improvement of energy efficiency in the existing building stock is one of Europe´s key challenges. The CREATE project aims to tackle this challenge by developing a compact heat storage module (heat battery). Join us for the webinar on the 2nd of June to find out more. Stay tuned for more information and a registration link!

Four Horizon2020 projects will be presented at this years EU Sustainable Energy Week. A cluster workshop named "TRANSFORMING CONSTRUCTION WASTE INTO ENERGY EFFICIENT SOLUTIONS" will take place at Résidence Palace on 18th June 2019 in Brussels, Belgium. This workshop will be a perfect opportunity to learn about the different ways of converting construction and demolition waste. Approaches of RE4 project, VEEP, INNOWEE and Green Instruct will be presented and discussed.

THERMOSS project and four other innovative H2020 projects (HYCOOL, SHIP2FAIR, SUNHORIZON and HYBUILD) organize a joint workshop "Solar & Thermal Energy: Europe's precious energy sources for efficient industries and buildings" whixh will be a part of the Sustainable places 2019! It will take place on Thursday 6th June from 14:00 in Cagliari, Italy.
